TECHNICIANS
We're seeking talented Technicians to join our team!
Launch – The Car Wash Company is a family-owned business based in Eau Claire, WI, specializing in car wash installation, servicing, and sales. We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the position of Car Wash Technician. The ideal candidate will have a “go-getter” attitude, strong problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve shared goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Service and repair existing car wash systems
-
Build and install new car wash systems
-
Deliver parts, soaps, and equipment to customers statewide

Work directly with customers to resolve issues or concerns at their facilities
Required Experience and Skills:
-
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
-
General construction experience
-
Developed understanding of electrical schematics and blueprints
-
Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and problem resolution
-
Ability to climb ladders, bend, stoop, and lift 50+ lbs.
-
Ability to frequently stand/walk for 8+ hours
-
Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions/temperatures

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
-
Ability to collaborate effectively with a team to meet deadlines

Positive, upbeat attitude to motivate a team towards achieving shared goals
Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

​​This position does involve working outdoors and occasional overnight stays. Generally, the schedule is Monday through Friday daytime hours. This position also includes on-call responsibilities, which includes weekends and/or holidays.​
